Maui Wowi at Pomfret School's Saturday Night Soccer Tournament

GOOOOOALLLLL! There were lots of those at The Pomfret School, in Connecticut, Saturday night. Maui Wowi was invited to cater our all-natural, non-fat healthy smoothies at The Pomfret School's soccer tournament they were having for all the students. Spectators who wanted something to sip on while watching the games were happy to have a hawaiian lei and a smoothie to add to their fun, at no cost. Players were even happier to have a refreshing mango-orange, strawberry-banana, or black raspberry smoothie between games to keep them energized and ready to go help their team win!

Maui Wowi at Regis College's Inauguration Day Party!

We at Maui Wowi LOVE a party with a theme! It shows thought and creativity and virtually guarantees a good time for guests. We also love customizing what we offer to fit that theme. At Regis College, we did just that. We served up red (strawberry-banana), white (pina colada), and blue (black raspberry) smoothies for the students while they watched the inauguration of President Barack Obama on January 20th. We also handed out red, white and blue Hawaiian Leis to everyone to also add to the patriotic spirit going on that day. It was a historic and fun day at Regis!

Serving Smoothies at Clark University's Bingo Night!

B 22... I've got BINGO! B is for Black Raspberry in this case. Maui Wowi was invited to set up our Tiki Hut and serve smoothies to the students at Clark University in Worcester, MA for their annual Bingo Night! They wanted something a little extra for the students to help drive attendance and they looked to Maui Wowi to help with that. We set up our Tiki Hut and served unlimited smoothies for 2 hours to 300 students all trying to win some great prizes. The big giveaway everyone was looking for was the 7 day Cruise!! Even if they didn't win, we tried our best to make the students feel like they were on a cruise to a tropical place with our Hawaiian shirts, tiki hut, leis and all-natural, non-fat Hawaiian Smoothies! Mahalo to the students at Clark for a great time!

Maui Wowi Serving up Smoothies at a Bar Mitzvah

Maui Wowi has a great appreciation for the amount of time and effort (and cost!) that go into planning a Bar/Bat Mitzvah. We are always honored when asked to cater them. That being said, we are also a great fit for such a celebration! The Karem Shalom Temple in Concord, MA was the venue for this special event. We had a fantastic time at this Tropical Themed Bar Mitzvah. The family who hired us for the day told me that Maui Wowi was actually the inspiration for the tropical theme, once they saw the Tiki Hut that we serve from. I was excited to hear that they were ready for the 'Aloha Spirit' that Maui Wowi brings to every event we cater. At this Bar Mitzvah, we served 3 flavors: strawberry- banana, pina colada, and mango-orange. The family also ordered our full-service coffee bar and we served our gourmet Kona Coffee to all the guests as well. At this particular Bar Mitzvah, we went with the Molokai blend, which is our darkest roast. Each coffee was made just how the person ordering it wanted. They all appreciated the smooth, bold taste that Kona produces. All in all, a fantastic, fun event that we were honored to be a part of.
