Maui Wowi Invited to be a part of Roger Williams University's Senior BBQ in Colt State Park!

WOW! What an honor! Maui Wowi was invited to serve smoothies and be a part of RWU's annual Senior BBQ at Colt State Park in Bristol, RI. This is a major annual event that has been taking place for years and years at the beautiful Colt State Park, so naturally, we were honored to cater our all-natural, non-fat smoothies at the event. As a part of the picturesque view, we served up strawberry-banana, mango-orange, and black raspberry smoothies to all the seniors while a DJ spun some tunes and RWU Catering provided the food! Maui Wowi at Rochester Institute of Technology for their Spring Carnival!

This weekend we found ourselves in Rochester, NY on the campus of Rochester Institute of Technology. What a cool campus! Some great buildings and a very cool group of students. Since RIT has a program specifically for Deaf Students, we had to learn how to 'sign' our flavors! It was very cool. The weather was also very cool, at 50 degrees, rainy and windy, but we indoors, so it worked out just fine. Awesome time on a Saturday afternoon and nowhere else we would've rather been. Maui Wowi back at Roger Williams University for Student Senate Event

I feel as though we live at Roger Williams University these days, which is awesome! We have been doing a lot events for this beautiful school lately and each one gets better and better! This time, the Student Senate decided they wanted to do something nice for their fellow students and hook them up with Maui Wowi Smoothies on their way to class! It was a 75 Degree Sunny Friday and the Student Senate requested not one, not two, but THREE Maui Wowi Smoothie bars (Two Tiki's and a Fold-Out) to accommodate the large number of students passing by. We gladly obliged and, as you can see from the pics, it looks pretty cool and we had an awesome time! Mahalo to Kayla for coming up with the idea and having us on campus! Tonight we were at Roger Williams University's Maple and Willow Dorms on campus serving smoothies for their BBQ's! We love working with RWU and have been here a lot as of late! We served up Black Raspberry, Strawberry-Banana, and Mango Orange while the students enjoyed grilled chicken, burgers and hot dogs! There were also water balloon fights and tons of other fun. Another day, another Roger Williams University Dorm BBQ! This was as 'chill' as you get. A perfect, laid back Sunday BBQ at Roger Williams' off-campus dorm, Almeida. Students spent the day eating bbq food, playing frisbee, soccer and wiffle-ball and drinking Maui Wowi Hawaiian Smoothies! It was a nice, relaxing day, especially after yesterday's 3 crazy events! 1 Day, 3 Schools, Tons of Smoothies!

It's a beautiful, sunny hot saturday in May and we have a busy day ahead of us! Today, we'll be at Connecticut College, Sacred Heart University, and Post University all in one afternoon! It'll be busy, but we need to get those smoothies to all the partying college students!

We found ourselves and the Tiki Hut in Waterbury, CT on the lovely campus of Post University on a Sunny 80 Degree Saturday. Is there anything better than that? Post University was having a Barbecue/Field Day and they invited Maui Wowi Hawaiian Smoothies to be a part of it. Of course, we were honored, and had an awesome time, as usual! Students enjoyed Strawberry-Banana, Mango-Orange, and pina colada, and were also treated to burgers and hot dogs as well! Mahalo to Sarah for having us on campus! Maui Wowi at Sacred Heart University's Spring Music Fest Event

WOW!! Sacred Heart Knows how to throw a party!! There were 3 awesome bands, a beer garden sponsored by Corona, tons of food, and of course Maui Wowi Hawaiian Smoothies!! This was truly one incredible event and we felt lucky to be a part of it. We brought Strawberry-Banana, Black Raspberry, Mango-Orange and had almost nothing left by the time we were done! It was a fantastic time and we are looking forward to being a part of it every year! Great job to all who contributed to this event, it's one of the best we've seen. Mahalo! Maui Wowi back at Connecticut College for Floralia 2010!

It's an annual event. Floralia. It's utter chaos. Students set up tents and camp out on the quad and party the night away, wake up early the next morning and keep going at it all day long and back into the next night. There's a DJ, bands, tons of food, you name it. It's an awesome event overall and we're always psyched to be a part of it!! This year it was 80 degrees and sunny and you just knew the students were going to be ready for some smoothies. So Maui Wowi delivered. There was a steady line all day long and we had a ton of fun.
