Maui Wowi at Roger Williams University Spring Day Event

I feel like Maui Wowi has had a permanent Tiki Hut on Roger Williams University's campus for the past month! When they find something they like, they bring it back over and over again! You won't hear any complaints from us over that either. We love going there. This is one of the best group of people you will ever want to work with. This time, RWU had us serving smoothies for their Spring Carnival on the Common. We were along side dippin' dots, a stuffed animal making station and a plethora of other games an entertainment. We served up strawberrry-banana, mango orange, and pina colada smoothies and everyone had a blast! It was 80 degrees and sunny and there was no other place we would've rather been! Mahalo again to Dan for bringing us in!

Maui Wowi back in New Hampshire at Franklin Pierce University

Maui Wowi was invited back to Franklin Pierce University in New Hampshire to be a part of their Spring Carnival. April 28th, and it's snowing. Perfect time for smoothies! We were there along with some people who were making tie dye shudder shades and frisbees. We were a huge hit, as you might have guessed, with a non-stop line all day long. We hope this is the first of many times for us in Rindge, NH at Franklin Pierce!

Suffolk University has Maui Wowi at it's Relaxation Day

Ahhh...I'm relaxed just thinking about it. Massages, an ice cream sundae bar, and Maui Wowi Hawaiian Smoothies...Suffolk University had us back on campus again to be a part of their relaxation day. Students were treated to Massages by professional Massage Therapists, in preparation for their upcoming finals. While they would wait for their massage, they would swing on over to the Tiki Hut and have a vacation in a cup and feel like they were on a tropical getaway. We had a fantastic time and it was such a great group of students! We served up Strawberry-Banana, Black Raspberry, and Mango Orange for the day. Mahalo to Jenn once again for bringing us in!! Maui Wowi back at SNHU-Stock 2010!

We found ourselves back at Southern New Hampshire University for their annual SNHU-Stock event. This year's event got sidetracked a little bit by weather and had to be held inside. It was still a good time had by all though. There were bands playing in the Pub, a flag football tournament outside, a sno-cone machine, and of course, Maui Wowi Hawaiian Smoothies! We treated the students to Strawberry-Banana, Passion Papaya, and Lemon Wave smoothies. Mahalo to Southern New Hampshire for having us out!

Roger Williams University's NCRH Dorm has Maui Wowi at their BBQ!

Aloha again! Just a beautiful Saturday all together, and you can't get any more picturesque than the Roger Williams University Campus. Roger Williams and Maui Wowi will be working together quite a bit over the next 2 weeks, starting with their 7 Dorm BBQ's! We will be at each dorm for each BBQ, serving smoothies and it started today with the brand new NCRH Dorm. This is one un-real dorm. I would love to live there! It's nicer than most Luxury Apartments in Boston! Since this was the first BBQ ever for this dorm, they had t-shirts made up stating, "You Never Forget The First Time". I'm sure it was referring to the Dorm....Anyway, great event over all and an aweseome time was had. In addition to Maui Wowi Smoothies, they had beach volleyball going, and an inflatable waterslide!! I was tempted to stop serving and give it a try myself. Mahalo to Danny for an awesome event. We were honored to be a part of it. Looking forward to the rest of the dorms this week as well as Spring Day!

Bentley University brings Ludacris and Maui Wowi back to Campus!

One of our favorite College Spring Events every year is Bentley University's Spring Day. This is one insane party!! They spare no expense and go all out. They also seem to have some sort of connection with Mother Nature, because every year it's Sunny and 70 degrees. The students are always full of fun and we have a good time. They brought Maui Wowi and several other vendors on campus to treat the students and help them keep the party going all day long. There was also a water slide set up on the football field! The entire day was capped off by Ludacris performing that night in the gym!! All and all another awesome event at Bentley. Mahalo to Stacie for bringing us back! Champlain College in Vermont has Maui Wowi on campus to help with Spring Meltdown 2010

Aloha Everyone! Today we were all the way up in Burlington, VT and it was worth the drive! Champlain College invited us on campus to be a part of their Spring Meltdown Celebration. Of course, we were honored to be there and it was an awesome time! There was a major buzz about us being on campus before we even arrived. While getting set-up, you could actually hear students saying "Ohhh it's the smoothies!". On top of that, there was a line of students waiting before we even started serving! It was impressive! 18 Tremont Street in Boston "Goes Green" on Earth Day with Maui Wowi!

Aloha once again! Maui Wowi Hawaiian Smoothies was invited back again to help celebrate Earth Day at 18 Tremont Street, which is managed by BPG Management Company. This is the second Earth Day for us at 18 Tremont, and we were excited to serve up Lemon Wave, Black Raspberry, and Strawberry-Banana All-Natural Smoothies to the business tenants of the building while BPG also handed out granola bars and talked about the importance of Recycling with everyone that stopped by. We were happy to have been a part of it and look forward to doing many more events with BPG soon! Anna Maria College brings Maui Wowi back on Campus for Spring Week!

Anna Maria College brought Maui Wowi back on campus once again to help them celebrate Spring Week. We always love coming to AMC and it seems every time the school gets bigger and more smoothies are served. Now that AMC has a Football Team, a lot of the players were stopping by on their way back from Spring Practice. If they go un-defeated this year, you can be sure Maui Wowi will be taking credit! Senior Celebration and Expo Day at Bridgewater State College

It was Seeennnyahhh Dayyyy at Bridgewattaaahh State. Pardon the Massachusetts Accent. Just was a golden opportunity. Anyway, Maui Wowi was invited to serve smoothies at Bridgewater State College's Senior Celebration and Expo Day. From 2pm-5pm, students could come in, pick up their caps and gowns, and stop by various other stations pertinent to a graduating senior. Students could get their resume critiqued, fill out Alumni Info, or get their picture taken. On their way to each station, they all stopped by the Maui Wowi Tiki Hut to grab a refreshing, delicious all-natural, non-fat smoothie to take with them. It was a perfect event and everyone had a great time. I have to say, these were some of the funniest students I've met since I've been serving smoothies. Great group of students and a lot of fun! Mahalo to Carol and John and the rest of Bridgewater for having us in, and Good Luck to The Class of 2010!! G.T.L at AIC!!

American International College got their GTL on by having Maui Wowi Hawaiian Smoothies on campus for a day during their Health Week. They needed something healthy and delicious, so naturally, you immediately think of Maui Wowi all-natural, non-fat Hawaiian Smoothies! Since it's Health Week, I'm sure students were going straight to the Gym after a smoothie. It was a beautiful, sunny day and I saw lots of people laying out for a Tan. It's a college campus, so I'm sure somebody was doing Laundry somewhere. And that's The Situation....

A huge Mahalo goes out to Chris Mercurio, Drew Ledoux, and everyone else at the college that made it possible to bring us on campus!! Hope to back soon!

Quincy College says Maui Wowi Hawaiian Smoothies are "The Shizzle"!

Aloha! Quincy College in Quincy, MA had Maui Wowi back on campus for their annual Spring Fling Event, being held in the Student Lounge. Students were also treated to caricatures and temporary tattoos. So, while they were waiting in line to get their picture drawn, or to "Get Some Ink" on their body, they were able to grab a all-natural non-fat smoothie. We served up Black Raspberry, Strawberry-Banana and Passion Papaya to all the lucky students who showed up between 10am and 1pm. Everyone had a blast as always! Mahalo to Kathi and Quincy College for once again bringing us in!

P.S. We were also greeted by 2 special guests from KrazedRecords, Krazed and JG! You can see them in the pics above (guess which ones they were). These were two of the coolest cats we've had stop by the Tiki Hut and I promised them I'd give them a shout-out on the Blog.
