Camp Danbee brings in Maui Wowi to serve smoothies to the campers!

Maui Wowi was invited out to beautiful Hinsdale, MA to Camp Danbee! Camp Danbee is an all-girls camp in Western Mass that wanted to have Maui Wowi in to serve our all-natural, non-fat smoothies to all 500 campers. It was a crazy busy day and everyone loved the smoothies! We got several invitations to be a part of Bat Mitzvahs as a result of it. Awesome day and Awesome time, as usual. Maui Wowi goes from the Hawaiian Island to The Cape & The Islands

Maui Wowi found ourselves at yet another Bat Mitzvah on a Saturday afternoon. This time was a little different however. We are all about meeting each customer's unique needs. So, this time we actually changed from a Hawaiian/Tropical Theme to a Cape Cod theme! Our customer's daughter was having a Cape Cod theme Bat Mitzvah and asked if we could work with that. Of course, our answer was Yes! We left the hawaiian leis at home. Instead of our Tiki Hut, we brought one of our other smoothie bars, the fold-out, and decorated it with sea shells, a fisherman's net and some starfish. The client was happy, and most importantly his daughter, was also very happy. We served our smoothies to the kids while the parents had their cocktail hour in the other room. We continued serving right through the kids dancing to the music of the DJ and right up until Dinner. What a great time and a special event that she will remember forever.

Maui Wowi Serving up Smoothies at a Bar Mitzvah

Maui Wowi has a great appreciation for the amount of time and effort (and cost!) that go into planning a Bar/Bat Mitzvah. We are always honored when asked to cater them. That being said, we are also a great fit for such a celebration! The Karem Shalom Temple in Concord, MA was the venue for this special event. We had a fantastic time at this Tropical Themed Bar Mitzvah. The family who hired us for the day told me that Maui Wowi was actually the inspiration for the tropical theme, once they saw the Tiki Hut that we serve from. I was excited to hear that they were ready for the 'Aloha Spirit' that Maui Wowi brings to every event we cater. At this Bar Mitzvah, we served 3 flavors: strawberry- banana, pina colada, and mango-orange. The family also ordered our full-service coffee bar and we served our gourmet Kona Coffee to all the guests as well. At this particular Bar Mitzvah, we went with the Molokai blend, which is our darkest roast. Each coffee was made just how the person ordering it wanted. They all appreciated the smooth, bold taste that Kona produces. All in all, a fantastic, fun event that we were honored to be a part of.

Maui Wowi Brings The Islands to a Bat Mitzvah!

What Bat Mitzvah would be complete without a Hawaiian Islands Theme? My thoughts exactly! Maui Wowi served up smoothies at the Charter Oak Country Club this past weekend at a Bat Mitzvah! No stranger to catering our smoothies at Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, we fit right in and added that special something to this already special event. They wanted an Island Theme, and we showed up with our Tiki Hut, Hawaiian Shirted Servers, Palm Trees, Leis, and of course, our Hawaiian tropical smoothies! The guest of honor chose Strawberry-Banana and Pina Colada for her choices of flavors for the evening. As usual, the guest of honor gets our Maui Wowi special Tiki Cup to drink from and keep as a gift from us and a souvenier to remember the night. It was a beautiful evening overall, and very well planned. Maui Wowi was honored to have been a part of it!
